师(shi)(shi)资队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)的建(jian)设(she)注重(zhong)数量(liang)、质量(liang)、结(jie)构三项建(jian)设(she);把握(wo)教(jiao)学(xue)、科研、实践三个环(huan)节(jie);完善管(guan)理、监督、考核三个机制(zhi),实现(xian)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)队(dui)伍(wu)(wu)整体(ti)素质的提(ti)高。学(xue)校积极强(qiang)化师(shi)(shi)德师(shi)(shi)风建(jian)设(she),通过省级“双师(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)学(xue)名师(shi)(shi)和(he)优秀教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)的带动,加强(qiang)以行业影响力的专业带头人和(he)骨干教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)为重(zhong)点的“双师(shi)(shi)”素质结(jie)构教(jiao)学(xue)团队(dui)的建(jian)设(she)。形成了(le)以专业带头人、骨干教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)为引领的具有较强(qiang)教(jiao)学(xue)、科研能力的教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)梯队(dui)。

 (一)多渠道(dao)培养,提(ti)高教(jiao)师的(de)业务能力

学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)制定(ding)了(le)《环球体育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培训(xun)进(jin)修管理(li)(li)办(ban)法》、《环球体育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培训(xun)进(jin)修管理(li)(li)条例》,鼓励教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更新知识(shi)、提高专(zhuan)业技(ji)能。学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)多次聘请校(xiao)(xiao)外专(zhuan)家学(xue)(xue)者(zhe)(zhe)来(lai)校(xiao)(xiao)对(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)进(jin)行培训(xun),以更新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的职教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)理(li)(li)念和知识(shi),并对(dui)参加学(xue)(xue)术交流(liu)、短期培训(xun)、单科进(jin)修、访问学(xue)(xue)者(zhe)(zhe)、攻读学(xue)(xue)位(wei)、社会(hui)实践者(zhe)(zhe)给予大力(li)的支(zhi)持(chi)。近年来(lai),学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)通过聘请校(xiao)(xiao)外专(zhuan)家进(jin)校(xiao)(xiao)做教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培训(xun)和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)外出培训(xun)等多种方式不断(duan)更新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)理(li)(li)念,提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)素质,先后有 180人次参加国内(nei)外学(xue)(xue)术交流(liu)和短期培训(xun),有12名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)作为访问学(xue)(xue)者(zhe)(zhe)外出进(jin)修;有 3名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)攻读博士学(xue)(xue)位(wei)。

(二)多举措实施,引导(dao)教师提(ti)高教学能力

学(xue)校制(zhi)定(ding)了《环球体育新任(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)岗前(qian)培训(xun)制(zhi)度》对新进教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)组织进行岗前(qian)培训(xun),引导(dao)其(qi)尽(jin)快适(shi)应(ying)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)岗位(wei),过(guo)好教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)关;不定(ding)期举(ju)办(ban)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)方法讲座、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)观摩活(huo)动(dong)(dong),引导(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)改革(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)手(shou)(shou)段,提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)效果;鼓励教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)通(tong)过(guo)各种渠道参(can)与(yu)行业职业技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鉴定(ding),考取职业(执业)资(zi)格(ge)证(zheng)(zheng)书(shu)、考评员(yuan)资(zi)格(ge)证(zheng)(zheng)书(shu),提高专(zhuan)业实(shi)践技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng);开展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)大(da)赛,“青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)赛讲活(huo)动(dong)(dong)”、“信息化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)大(da)赛”通(tong)过(guo)课(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)、课(ke)件(jian)制(zhi)作(zuo)、专(zhuan)业技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)操(cao)作(zuo)、现(xian)代(dai)化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)等方面的竞赛,调动(dong)(dong)了教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)改革(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)手(shou)(shou)段和方法的积极性,促(cu)进了教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)备课(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)、课(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)、实(shi)践教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)以及(ji)现(xian)代(dai)化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)手(shou)(shou)段应(ying)用能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)的提高;通(tong)过(guo)“1+1”、“导(dao)师(shi)(shi)制(zhi)”等多种形(xing)式,开展“传、帮、带”活(huo)动(dong)(dong),培养中(zhong)青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)、科研能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li),促(cu)进其(qi)尽(jin)快成长,胜任(ren)工作(zuo)。

(三)教学(xue)团队建设卓(zhuo)有成效 

为加(jia)强师(shi)资(zi)(zi)(zi)队(dui)(dui)(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)设(she),全面提(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)队(dui)(dui)(dui)伍整体(ti)(ti)素质,加(jia)快教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育内涵发(fa)展,学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)了(le)(le)《优秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)设(she)实施(shi)办法》,增强了(le)(le)各教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)系部的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui)意识,有效(xiao)构建(jian)(jian)了(le)(le)团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)机制(zhi),促(cu)进了(le)(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)整体(ti)(ti)结构的(de)(de)(de)优化,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)内容和(he)(he)方(fang)(fang)法的(de)(de)(de)改革,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)资(zi)(zi)(zi)源的(de)(de)(de)开发(fa),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研讨和(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)经验的(de)(de)(de)交流,推(tui)(tui)进了(le)(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)传(chuan)、帮、带和(he)(he)老中青相结合(he)(he),提(ti)高了(le)(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)(he)科研水(shui)(shui)平。学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui)以专(zhuan)(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)带头人或骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)为龙(long)头,由专(zhuan)(zhuan)任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)和(he)(he)来自行业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)兼(jian)职(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)组成,通过(guo)校企合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)搭建(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)平台推(tui)(tui)进专(zhuan)(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)设(she),及(ji)时(shi)跟踪产(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)发(fa)展趋势和(he)(he)行业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)动(dong)态,准确(que)把(ba)握(wo)专(zhuan)(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)设(she)与教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改革方(fang)(fang)向,保持专(zhuan)(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)设(she)的(de)(de)(de)领先水(shui)(shui)平,设(she)计、开发(fa)和(he)(he)实施(shi)专(zhuan)(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才培(pei)养方(fang)(fang)案,同时(shi)依托团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui)人力资(zi)(zi)(zi)源和(he)(he)技(ji)术(shu)优势,开展职(zhi)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)训、技(ji)能鉴定(ding)(ding)、技(ji)术(shu)服务等社会服务。目前,环球体(ti)(ti)育APP有省级教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui) 1 个(ge),院级教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)团(tuan)队(dui)(dui)(dui) 4 个(ge)。

 (四)积极推进名师、优师队伍建设(she)

学(xue)(xue)校深化(hua)人(ren)(ren)事分配(pei)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)改革,积极构建(jian)科(ke)(ke)学(xue)(xue)有(you)(you)效的(de)(de)(de)(de)激励和(he)(he)(he)(he)制(zhi)(zhi)约机(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),推进名(ming)(ming)(ming)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、优(you)(you)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)程(cheng)实(shi)(shi)(shi)施。2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)以(yi)来(lai),学(xue)(xue)校实(shi)(shi)(shi)施了(le)《环(huan)球体(ti)育(yu)(yu)绩效工(gong)资(zi)改革实(shi)(shi)(shi)施方(fang)案》,明(ming)确(que)(que)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)岗位(wei)任(ren)(ren)务(wu)和(he)(he)(he)(he)考核标准。将专(zhuan)业(ye)建(jian)设任(ren)(ren)务(wu)、课程(cheng)开放(fang)任(ren)(ren)务(wu)、下(xia)企业(ye)实(shi)(shi)(shi)践锻炼(lian)和(he)(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)完成(cheng)确(que)(que)定为教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基本工(gong)作(zuo)任(ren)(ren)务(wu),并从完成(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)研任(ren)(ren)务(wu)方(fang)面(mian)对教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)出了(le)明(ming)确(que)(que)要求。同时(shi)将教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)岗位(wei)奖(jiang)励性绩效工(gong)资(zi)和(he)(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)岗位(wei)任(ren)(ren)务(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)完成(cheng)情况,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)考核结论(lun)挂钩(gou),有(you)(you)效调(diao)动(dong)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)升专(zhuan)业(ye)能力(li)、完成(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)和(he)(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)研任(ren)(ren)务(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)积极性和(he)(he)(he)(he)主动(dong)性。制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)《优(you)(you)秀(xiu)中(zhong)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)(he)(he)中(zhong)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)学(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)培(pei)养(yang)对象选拔(ba)、培(pei)养(yang)办法》、《学(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)、专(zhuan)业(ye)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)、优(you)(you)秀(xiu)中(zhong)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)养(yang)选拔(ba)的(de)(de)(de)(de)补充规定》、《优(you)(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)评选条件》等(deng)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),构建(jian)了(le)名(ming)(ming)(ming)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、优(you)(you)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)养(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)良(liang)好机(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。环(huan)球体(ti)育(yu)(yu)APP专(zhuan)业(ye)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)和(he)(he)(he)(he)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在完成(cheng)岗位(wei)任(ren)(ren)务(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基础上实(shi)(shi)(shi)施特殊津贴。现已形成(cheng)“学(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)、专(zhuan)业(ye)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)”、“骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”、“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研室(shi)主任(ren)(ren)”、“主干(gan)课程(cheng)负(fu)责人(ren)(ren)”、“优(you)(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”五个层次的(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)养(yang)梯队(dui)(dui)。一(yi)批(pi)优(you)(you)秀(xiu)中(zhong)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)专(zhuan)业(ye)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)和(he)(he)(he)(he)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)脱颖而出,有(you)(you)力(li)地促进了(le)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)资(zi)整体(ti)实(shi)(shi)(shi)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)提(ti)升,一(yi)支结构合理、业(ye)务(wu)精(jing)良(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)队(dui)(dui)伍已经形成(cheng)。目前,环(huan)球体(ti)育(yu)(yu)APP14 个专(zhuan)业(ye),聘任(ren)(ren)有(you)(you)校内(nei)专(zhuan)业(ye)带(dai)头(tou)(tou)(tou)人(ren)(ren)9名(ming)(ming)(ming),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)名(ming)(ming)(ming)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)6名(ming)(ming)(ming),骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi) 7 名(ming)(ming)(ming),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研室(shi)主任(ren)(ren)20名(ming)(ming)(ming),严格按(an)照教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)能力(li)和(he)(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)研业(ye)绩评审确(que)(que)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)优(you)(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)72名(ming)(ming)(ming),省(sheng)级“双师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)名(ming)(ming)(ming)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、优(you)(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi) 9名(ming)(ming)(ming)。

学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)重(zhong)视教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)风建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo),把塑造(zao)一(yi)(yi)支政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)素质过(guo)硬、业务(wu)水平精湛、师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)修养高(gao)尚(shang)的(de)(de)(de)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)资队(dui)伍作(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)标(biao)(biao)。通过(guo)开展“文明(ming)单(dan)(dan)位”、“文明(ming)标(biao)(biao)兵(bing)单(dan)(dan)位”创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)活动、“优秀教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、优秀教(jiao)育工作(zuo)(zuo)者”评选活动等形式多(duo)样、内容丰富(fu)、特色(se)鲜(xian)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)各种活动,极大(da)地(di)提高(gao)了(le)广大(da)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)素质,增强了(le)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“学(xue)(xue)高(gao)为(wei)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、身正为(wei)范”的(de)(de)(de)意识。学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)还相继制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)出(chu)台了(le)《关(guan)于(yu)进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加强和改进(jin)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)实施意见》、《教(jiao)职工职业道(dao)德(de)(de)规(gui)范》、《优秀教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)评选条件》、《教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)规(gui)范》、《教(jiao)职工年(nian)度(du)考核管理(li)办法》等一(yi)(yi)系列规(gui)章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),坚(jian)持将师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)、师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)风建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)纳入到(dao)职工年(nian)度(du)考核、职称评定(ding)、推优评先(xian)等工作(zuo)(zuo)之中,进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步规(gui)范了(le)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)为(wei)人师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)表、爱岗敬业、从严治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)行为(wei),使师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)风建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)走上(shang)了(le)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)化、规(gui)范化的(de)(de)(de)轨道(dao),取得了(le)明(ming)显成效。

(六)科研能力(li)不断提高,服务社会作用不断增(zeng)强

2010年之前学校的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)作(zuo)由教务处下设(she)的(de)(de)督(du)导科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)科(ke)(ke)(ke)来负责,2010年正式成(cheng)立科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)处。主(zhu)要(yao)负责学校教科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)作(zuo)规划,各(ge)级各(ge)类教科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)项(xiang)目的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作(zuo),科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)成(cheng)果的(de)(de)转(zhuan)化,科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)业绩考核,科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)项(xiang)目经费(fei)的(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)。先后制定了《教科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)成(cheng)果奖励办(ban)(ban)法》、《教科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)项(xiang)目评审办(ban)(ban)法》、《教科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)项(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)办(ban)(ban)法》等(deng)(deng)多项(xiang)制度,规范教科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)管(guan)理(li),引(yin)导和激励教师开展科(ke)(ke)(ke)学研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究,提高学术(shu)水平。

 自(zi)2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)以来,连续四年(nian)(nian)(nian)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)拿出专项(xiang)(xiang)资(zi)金重奖(jiang)教(jiao)科研(yan)成(cheng)果,奖(jiang)励金额(e)逐年(nian)(nian)(nian)增长(zhang),有效推(tui)动了学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)科研(yan)工作的蓬(peng)勃开展(zhan)。2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)以来,学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)累计取得(de)教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)科研(yan)成(cheng)果512 项(xiang)(xiang)。其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),发表(biao)教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)科研(yan)论文(wen)373篇;主编或(huo)参(can)编教(jiao)材(cai)、出版(ban)论著42 部;主持(chi)或(huo)参(can)与课(ke)题已经结题的43项(xiang)(xiang),在研(yan)的54项(xiang)(xiang),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国家级(ji)课(ke)题一(yi)项(xiang)(xiang)。教(jiao)师积极指导学(xue)(xue)生参(can)加省级(ji)以上职业(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)(da)赛(sai)(sai)项(xiang)(xiang)目,尤其(qi)(qi)是在2014年(nian)(nian)(nian)的全(quan)国职业(ye)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)(da)赛(sai)(sai)上,会(hui)计系代表(biao)队荣(rong)获(huo)(huo)二等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)奖(jiang),2014年(nian)(nian)(nian)高(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)职业(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)柜(ju)员技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)(da)赛(sai)(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),金融系代表(biao)队荣(rong)获(huo)(huo)二等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)奖(jiang),第(di)八(ba)(ba)届高(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)职业(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)(da)赛(sai)(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),信(xin)息(xi)技(ji)术系代表(biao)队荣(rong)获(huo)(huo)团体二等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)奖(jiang),第(di)八(ba)(ba)届高(gao)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)职业(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)(da)赛(sai)(sai)英语(yu)口语(yu)项(xiang)(xiang)目比赛(sai)(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),我校(xiao)(xiao)荣(rong)获(huo)(huo)一(yi)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)奖(jiang),2014年(nian)(nian)(nian)工业(ye)和信(xin)息(xi)化部人(ren)才(cai)交流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)组织(zhi)的用(yong)友(you)杯“第(di)七届会(hui)计信(xin)息(xi)化大(da)(da)赛(sai)(sai)”中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),会(hui)计系代表(biao)队荣(rong)获(huo)(huo)个(ge)人(ren)赛(sai)(sai)一(yi)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)奖(jiang),团体赛(sai)(sai)二等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)奖(jiang);省级(ji)精品(pin)共享课(ke) 7门。
